I am an interdisciplinary artist and writer, deeply rooted in Vancouver's arts community since 2007, roots that I drew upon not only to grow beyond my past as a trauma survivor but also to support and inspire others on similar journeys. With a background spanning roles as a gallery director, arts administrator, curator and mentor, my creative practice encompasses a range of mediums including video, performance, installation, photography, poetry, and creative non-fiction.

My current project, The Archivist, embodies my own journey of healing. Catalyzed by the discovery of a forgotten archive, The Archivist explores the profound beauty and complexity of lifeโ€™s journey. Itโ€™s a tribute to the human spirit's ability to heal, grow, and ultimately find its way home. There is boundless potential for transformation residing within all of us.

Beyond my artistic endeavors, I am dedicated to sharing my industry expertise through lectures, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring sessions. My mission is to empower artists to thrive in their careers while remaining true to their inner wisdom and creative vision. Passionate about community engagement and the transformative power of art and storytelling, I strive to foster positive change and make a meaningful impact on individuals and communities alike.
